Terms of purchase – companies
These terms and conditions that apply at any given time apply to companies every time a company customer (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) orders goods from mmd Consulting (VAT nr SE556827793201) on mmd Consulting’s website. By ordering the customer accepts these terms.

The prices are stated in Euro € excluding VAT. Charges for shipping and possible postal advance payments are added if stated, otherwise it is free of charge.
We offer the following payment methods:
To be paid by invoice, the customer must provide the company’s registration number. For each payment by invoice, MMD Consulting reserves the right to make a credit check and to reject the application or limit the purchase space based on the credit report.
If the invoice payment is rejected, the customer can always choose one of the other payment methods MMD Consulting offers, ie. Payment directly into the account or payment by debit card. For corporate customers, a maximum of € 1000 including VAT will apply for the first time the customer pays by invoice. Then MMD Consulting can adjust the maximum limit. Corporate customers wishing to apply for a higher maximum limit can contact MMD Consulting.
The Invoice is included with the item if you have not given a separate invoice and shipping address. The Invoice must be paid within 10 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. No invoice fee is added. In The Event of late payment, default interest and, where applicable, reminders and collection costs are paid by law.
Remarks by invoice shall be made within 10 days from the date of invoice.
Debit Cards – all regular debit and credit cards can be used.
Direct Bank Transfer
You can also pay directly to our bank account. Use the order ID as the payment reference. Your order will be sent as soon as we see the money in our account.
2. Reservation of Title
All goods remain MMD Consulting’s property until the full payment has been paid.
3. Delivery Information and delivery time
Our Modes of delivery
For company orders, The goods are sent as letters, parcels or Company packages. If the goods are shipped as a Business package, you will normally receive the goods next weekday before 16.00, provided that you ordered at the latest 16.00 the day before.
There may be times when we do not send an order as above, for example when an item is temporarily out of store. If you Order several items and one of them is sold out, we will wait to send your entire order until all the items are in stock again.
If an item is temporarily out Of Restnoteras, the entire order is completed until full delivery can take place. However, the Customer can always cancel the backorder.
Shipping costs are added with € 10:- for order in Europe. For orders outside Europe, a cost is added to the cost of shipping.
6. Transport Responsibility
When transporting from MMD Consulting to the customer, MMD Consulting is responsible if the product is damaged or is lost during transportation.
When transporting from the customer to MMD Consulting, the customer is liable if the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, unless otherwise specifically stated in these terms.
7. Unexploded Order
If MMD Consulting Returns packages that are not dissolved from the collection point, MMD Consulting reserves the right to charge all costs incurred in connection with this return.
MMD Consulting accepts repurchases within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
If the customer Wishes to take advantage of the possibility of repurchase, the customer shall, within 30 days of the date on which the goods have been delivered to the customer, contact MMD Consulting and notify their invoice and customer number and any other information that may be required for the repurchase and return The product to MMD Consulting.
The Right to repurchase is only in the unaltered state when it is returned. ALL accessories that the customer received together with the item should be included in the return shipment. The Original Packaging must not have been broken or otherwise damaged.
We recommend that you save the packaging to return the product in. The return item must be attached to the information so that it is clear that the return comes from the customer and what order is intended. This can be done by returning the product together with the invoice or a copy of it.

MMD Consulting can only receive returned items sent as letters or parcels via the mail. The Return must not be made on cash on delivery.
When exercising the possibility of repurchase, the customer pays the return freight. If the product is lost or damaged during the return, it is the customer responsible for the loss or damage.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving the returned item provided the conditions for repurchase are met. MMD Consulting will contact the customer for account details to the account the customer wants MMD Consulting to refund the money to.
9. Typos etc.
MMD Consulting reserves the possibility for any typos on the MMD Consulting Web site. The Pictures of the goods are intended to illustrate the goods, but do not necessarily reflect the exact appearance or nature of the goods. If the customer wishes to make the applicable penalties for a defect in the goods, fault delivery or transport damage, the customer shall do so in writing within a reasonable time after the customer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. The Complaint must be made by the customer contacting MMD Consulting and providing the order and invoice number and the reason for the complaint so that MMD Consulting can take a position on the complaint. The Complaint must be made no later than 14 days after the goods have been received by the customer. If a complaint is not made within this time, the customer has no right to make any applicable errors as described above against MMD Consulting.
If a product is faulty, the transport costs for any return shipping and replacement delivery will be free of charge to the customer.
11. Force Majeure

The Personal data are collected from the customer in connection with the purchase of our products. The Data may also be supplemented by us through publicly available resources such as, for example, eniro.se, ratsit.se or allabolag.se.
The legal basis for our processing of the above-mentioned personal data is
- Your consent, which you provide in connection with the purchase of our products (see article 6 (1) (a)) of Data Ordinance (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR“)); And

The Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Contact in connection with and administration of sales contracts
- Shipment of purchased products and invoice
- Sending of newsletters and offers
- Compilation of statistics on our sales
We may share personal information with our IT vendors for technical data, storage and back-up management.
The Provision of personal data to MMD Consulting AB is necessary and a prerequisite for purchasing products from us. If you do not provide the information, we will not be able to fulfill your purchase of products.
We will store your data for three years from the date of collection/your last purchase with us.
You have the right to request from MMD Consulting AB The following for the processing of your personal data:
- Confirming whether we process your personal data;
- Access to your personal data, in other words a copy of the data and certain information about the processing. 13. Amendment of the contractual terms
MMD Consulting has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to period. The terms and conditions set forth on MMD Consulting’s home page when the customer orders from MMD Consulting apply to the current order.
Disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the Swedish courts. Swedish law applies to the dispute.
